School physicals in Rockledge, Florida

Students in grades K - 12 who are making their entry into a Florida school must present a record of a physical exam completed within the past 12 months.   The exam form should be taken to the childs school upon enrollment. 

School Physicals are also required when a student starts a sport in order to make sure everything is ok and safe to participate and there are no contraindications.  The "sport physical" is known as the pre participation physical examination (PPE).
